Return & Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TO CLIENT POLICY

All goods supplied by Slick Branding have been quoted with delivery to one destination included in the pricing (unless specified by us or requested by you).

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS (if applicable)

Given that the majority of items supplied by Slick Branding are decorated with your logo or message, all care is taken to ensure that the items meet specifications and that the client has signed a Proof sheet verifying all details are correct.  Unless there has been a failing on the part of Slick Branding or its supplier, any mistakes that are the fault of the client will not be refundable.  We will however, work with our clients to rectify where possible or come to some arrangement that may be of assistance.

If there is a fault with the items you have received please let your account manager know as soon as possible as we can speak to our supplier regarding replacement or credit of the item.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@slickpromotions.com.au or call us on (03) 6231 3192 to arrange collection and to discuss the issue.
